If you are not completely satisfied with the pedal, you can email info@offsetpedal.com within 30-days and we will email a return shipping tag at no cost to you.
Conditions:
*Return request must be within 30-days of item being delivered.
*Customer must email info@offsetpedal.com requesting return and noting why you are not happy with the Pedal.
*All original packaging and contents must be shipped back including the original OffSet box in which pedal was packed.
*Pedal must not be cosmetically damaged or broken from mis-use or mis-handling.
*Offer applies only to pedals ordered through www.offsetpedal.com.
*Free return shipping applies only in contiguous 48-states. Alaska, Hawaii and orders outside contiguous 48-states must return at customer expense.
Limited Warranty:
The OffSet® 2-Year Limited Warranty is our guarantee to Drummers that the quality, engineering and craftsmanship of the OffSet® Drum Pedal will exceed your expectations.
OffSet® Drum Pedals are covered under a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Mountain States Distributing LLC guarantees, to the original retail purchaser, that all OffSet® Drum Pedals are free of material and manufacturing defects under normal playing conditions. Mountain States Distributing LLC will repair or replace the product at no charge. This limited warranty includes all parts except beaters, bearings, springs, rubber boots and screws.
This Warranty does not apply to OffSet® pedals purchased from a source other than Mountain States Distributing LLC. This Warranty does not apply to defects caused by neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, handling, normal wear, improper assembly, installation of non-genuine OffSet® parts, shipping or alterations. Mountain States Distributing LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages that may arise as a result of, or related to any defect or failure of this product. Mountain States Distributing LLC’s maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.
To Obtain Warranty Service
Any OffSet® Drum Pedal to be returned under this Limited Warranty will require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Email info@offsetpedal.com with an attached copy of your original receipt, photos of the defect as well as description of when and how defect was observed. Mountain States Distributing LLC will then inspect and evaluate the extent of warranty coverage and notify customer of follow up actions. Original owner will be responsible for shipping to Mountain States Distributing LLC.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either written or implied and is subject to the limitations, contained herein. It is extended to the original retail purchaser only and not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state and could affect this warranty. This WARRANTY applies to the United States only and may vary in other countries.
