Return Policy
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. RMA number MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED on OUTSIDE of return package.
Please EMAIL info@offsetpedal.com to start a return request. Returns for refund are accepted up to 30 days after delivery date. All original packaging and contents must be shipped back including the original OffSet® box in which pedal was packed. Pedal must not be cosmetically damaged or broken from mis-use or mis-handling.
DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. If items were damaged in Transit Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed. Please send a picture of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING in contiguous 48-states.
Shipping will be charged on items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, Canada and Mexico.

Colorado residents subject to 4.5% sales tax. All major credit cards accepted as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment due upon placement of order.
