Thumb Screw assembly for OffSet Drum Pedal hoop clamp.

This is a replacement thumb screw assembly which attaches to the center beater bottom plate.  Simply remove and replace by accessing 4-hex screw on bottom of plate.  This fits all  OffSet Double Bass Drum pedals.
